Most Projects begin with a Design Brief. You may send this to us, or we can compose a prospective design brief based upon a preliminary conversation with you. Generally, a design brief is a relatively short document, describing the type of product needed, the attributes, where the product will be marketed, and whatever is known regarding the competitive landscape. We have a preliminary checklist which you can download here to assist you in getting organized. Also, if your project involves confidential information, we are glad to sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) prior to receiving your design brief. You can download our NDA here.

Based upon the design Brief, we will provide you with a quotation and detailed description of our services. Usually we can provide a quote within 24 hours. The quote will describe the service phases, deliverables, the schedule, our fees. If you have questions before we start, we can discuss the project via email and / or skype.
We are very comfortable working with fast turnarounds. Often, in the current retail environment, we have less than 2 weeks to provide preliminary concepts. Sometimes a lot less.....
